Welcome to Vagabond Beard Company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Site”), as well as purchases made through the Site.
The Site is operated by Vagabond Beard Company, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Vagabond,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. About Vagabond
Vagabond Beard Company, LLC is the seller of the beard-care, grooming, personal-care, and related products offered through this Site unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

2. Use of the Site
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to use the Site to engage in fraud, impersonation, infringement, unauthorized access, interference with Site operations, malicious activity, or conduct that violates applicable law or the rights of Vagabond or another person.
If customer accounts are offered, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
However, colors, packaging, labels, closures, bottles, containers, artwork, and other visual details may appear differently depending on your screen or device and may change from time to time.
Some Vagabond products are produced in relatively small batches. Natural ingredients, fragrance materials, and manufacturing processes may result in reasonable variations in color, aroma, texture, appearance, or other characteristics from one batch to another.
We may update packaging, containers, closures, labeling, artwork, formulations, or product presentation when appropriate, provided that material product information is disclosed as required by applicable law.
Fragrance descriptions are intended to communicate the general character of a scent. Fragrance perception is subjective, and scent descriptions do not guarantee that every customer will perceive a fragrance in the same way.
4. Cosmetic and Personal-Care Products
Vagabond grooming and personal-care products are cosmetic products unless expressly identified otherwise.
Information provided on the Site is for general product information and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Please review product labels and ingredient information before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Use products only as directed. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.
Unless specifically labeled for another use, topical products are for external use only.
Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Vagabond has accepted it.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, pricing or listing errors, quantity limitations, suspected unauthorized resale, or circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed upon.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Promotions
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
Promotions may be subject to expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchases, quantity limits, or other conditions disclosed with the offer.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, or listing errors.
If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact you to offer the choice of proceeding under the corrected terms or canceling the affected item or order for a refund.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or other authorized payment providers. Vagabond does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Our normal order-processing time is 2–4 business days after an order is successfully placed and payment is approved, unless otherwise stated.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such.
If we are unable to ship an order within a promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Eligible unused and unopened products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for return solely because of scent preference, change of mind, or personal preference.
Different rules apply to products that are damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or otherwise subject to rights provided by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents are owned by or licensed to Vagabond Beard Company, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, where applicable, Vagabond names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, collection names, scent names, product names, label artwork, packaging designs, graphics, illustrations, photography, video, website design, product descriptions, advertising copy, and other original content.
Use of the Site does not grant you ownership of or a license to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Vagabond intellectual property except with our prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by law.
You may share ordinary links to publicly available Vagabond webpages for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not use Vagabond branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.
10. Unauthorized Commercial Use and Resale
Products purchased through the Site are intended for personal use, legitimate gift giving, or other lawful purposes unless Vagabond has approved a commercial arrangement.
You may not reproduce Vagabond photographs, packaging, artwork, product descriptions, graphics, or other proprietary materials for use in another commercial listing.
We may refuse or limit orders that reasonably appear to involve fraud, diversion, unauthorized commercial resale, or misuse of Vagabond branding.
Businesses interested in authorized wholesale or resale arrangements should contact us directly.
11. Reviews and Customer Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content through a feature intended for customer submissions, you retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Vagabond a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content in connection with our Site, products, and marketing, subject to applicable law and any additional permission we expressly request.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
We may decline or remove submissions containing unlawful material, spam, personal information, infringement, abusive content, or material unrelated to the product or customer experience.
We will not knowingly edit a customer review in a way that materially changes the customer's expressed opinion.
12. Third-Party Services
Our Site is hosted through Shopify and may use services supplied by payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, marketing providers, and other vendors.
Links to third-party websites or services may be provided for convenience.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vagabond does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent websites, policies, or practices.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and how you may contact us about privacy matters.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
We intend to provide products that conform to their descriptions and applicable legal requirements.
Except for warranties expressly provided by Vagabond and except to the extent a warranty or consumer right cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful technological component.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim an express warranty created by a factual product representation or to waive a consumer protection that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vagabond Beard Company, LLC and its members, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Site.
For claims relating to a product purchase, any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
16. Indemnification for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vagabond Beard Company, LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Site, fraudulent activity, violation of another person's intellectual-property rights through content you submit, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Vagabond for Vagabond's own unlawful conduct.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions with Vagabond Beard Company, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of non-waivable protections provided by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, Site, products, services, or legal obligations.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Vagabond regarding use of the Site and purchases made through it, except for any separate written agreement expressly entered into between you and Vagabond.
